Emergencies

We will make every effort to accommodate your dental emergency into our schedule.

Please call ahead.

Dental Insurance Information

We will be happy to process your dental insurance claim. Pre-determinations can be performed per your request; however it is not a guarantee of benefits. It is ultimately the responsibility of the patient to know and understand their dental insurance benefits. Our staff will do their best to assist you.

Financial Information

If you have any financial questions, please feel free to speak with our front office staff. They will be happy to give you an estimate on any treatment you would like to have done.

Our primary concern is to maintain and to restore your teeth to achieve optimal dental health. Our goal is to educate our patients in prevention education to avoid future dental problems from occurring, which if not taken care of in a timely manner, may become more complicated and costly to treat later.

Payments

We request that our patients pay their portion of treatment performed at the time of service. For the patients' convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. We provide a 5% discount to patients paying cash at the time of service. We appreciate it when patients keep their accounts current. There is a 1% finance charge for outstanding balances over 30 days.

Cancelled or Missed Appointment

We understand that circumstances can arise which may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, so that we may accommodate other patients that wish to be seen. There is a $45 fee for patients who continually cancel or miss appointments within 48 hours.
